SMS Terms — K Styles Alerts

Last updated June 12, 2026

This is the program disclosure for K Styles Alerts, the text messaging program operated by Trust Fund Enterprises LLC. K Styles sends two classes of messages — transactional and marketing — with consent to marketing collected separately from transactional. You are never required to receive marketing texts to use the platform, and consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase. Note: all texts are sent from one number, so replying STOP stops every class of text (see Section 4).

1. Program description

K Styles Alerts delivers: (a) transactional messages — booking confirmations, appointment reminders (typically 24 hours and 2 hours before), waitlist offers, payment receipts, payout notices, security and account notices, and two-way conversation threads with professionals and shops you do business with; and (b) marketing messages — offers, openings, win-back and birthday campaigns from professionals and shops you've opted into, and platform announcements from K Styles.

Messages are sent on behalf of K Styles and, where indicated, on behalf of the individual professional or shop named in the message.

2. How you opt in

Transactional messages: you consent when you create an account or make a booking with your mobile number — these messages are part of delivering the service you requested.

Marketing messages: a separate, affirmative opt-in is required — the marketing toggle at signup or in Settings, checking the marketing box during booking, or texting a posted keyword. We record every opt-in and opt-out with a timestamp and source, and retain those records for at least 5 years.

A professional or shop may only message their own opted-in clients through K Styles tools; platform-wide marketing comes only from K Styles to its own opted-in audience.

3. Message frequency

Transactional: varies with your activity (typically 2–4 messages per booking).

Marketing: recurring; expect up to 4 marketing messages per month from K Styles, and up to 4 per month from each professional or shop you've opted into. Emergency notices (a shop closure affecting your appointment) are transactional and sent regardless of marketing status.

Quiet hours: marketing messages are not sent between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM in your local time zone.

4. How you opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any K Styles text to stop further texts to that number — your mobile carrier honors STOP at the network level, and one confirmation message will be sent. You can also manage texts with the toggles in Settings.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact concierge@kstyles.co.

Because every K Styles text — booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist offers, and any promotions — is sent from the same number, replying STOP stops all of them, including transactional booking texts. You'll still receive booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts by email and in the app. Reply START to resume texts.

5. Cost and carriers

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan; K Styles does not charge for receiving texts.

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

6. Your number

Keep your number current in Settings. If you give up your number, update it with us — under the FCC's reassigned-number rules we make reasonable efforts to stop texting numbers that change hands, but telling us is the sure way.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers and consent records are handled per our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy-policy). SMS opt-in data and consent records are never sold and never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Changes

We may update this program disclosure; material changes are notified in-app or by message, and the date above always reflects the current version. The program may be modified or discontinued with notice.
